Mumbai | Hailing from the sacred city of Maihar in Madhya Pradesh, famously known for the revered Goddess Sharda, Sachin Dubey has carved a niche for himself in the Indian film industry. Known as a casting director, talent manager, and social worker, Sachin currently holds the position of State Secretary and Vindhya In-charge at the Bhartiya Film and Cultural Association (BFCA) and serves as the Channel Head, Central Zone for the OTT platform Dekhho.

A Dream Born in a Small Town

Sachin Dubey was born on 22 September 1990 in Amarpatan (Dhaurhara), Satna district of Madhya Pradesh, into a supportive middle-class family. His father, Pawansut Dubey, and mother, Pushpa Dubey, encouraged his aspirations despite the challenges of coming from a small town. From an early age, Sachin nurtured a dream of entering the world of cinema—a dream that would later inspire countless aspiring artists from his region.

Overcoming Early Struggles

Sachin’s journey into Bollywood was far from easy. He began as an actor, facing criticism, rejection, and setbacks. However, his determination never wavered.
